Do I need to provide the cleaning products and equipment?
Our cleaner uses the cleaning products, materials and equipment available in your home. If you are missing the necessary cleaning supplies, please note this when booking and the cleaner will provide them for a small fee. Please note that you must provide your own equipment (including vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket) as cleaners usually arrive by public transport.
Is there a contract?
There are no contracts. All we ask is that you give us 48 hours notice if you wish to stop your regular cleaning service.
Can I have the same local cleaner every time?
We aim to dispatch the same cleaner for weekly and bi-weekly services, as long as you are able to maintain your usual day, time and duration for the service.
What happens if I am dissatisfied with the house cleaning?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you in any way we can.
Can I change the date and time of my house cleaning service?
Yes, we will first check the availability of your current cleaners and see if they can come at another time. We can send another cleaner if yours is not available.
How much does it cost to clean a house?
The cost of home cleaning depends on the size of your home, the amount of cleaning required, and the time it takes to complete the task.
What are the working hours of the Clean Team Paunovic?
The cleaning professionals have different working hours. That's why you can book a service from Monday to Sunday that starts as early as 8:00 a.m. and ends by 8:00 p.m.
